Coaching? What?
Professional ICF coaches provide their clients with support and space to grow, without directing or designing the client’s path. Coaches do not provide advice or instructions and they will not influence the course of the coaching session with their own agenda.
Ideally, the client sets the tempo and decides the focus of each session. A coach may have a very strong intuition or idea of what the client needs to discover, but they are required to resist bringing their own ego to the session.
It’s a great experience.
We all need to be heard without judgment.
We all deserve to feel valued and supported.
It’s your turn.
Coaching is not therapy and it is not mentoring. If at any time you need another discipline for support, your coach will help you locate the specialist you need.
