Meet Meg
Some people know exactly what they want, set out to get what they want, and never wander from the path. Then there's the rest of us.
Personally, I have restarted my life at least four times with three different partners in three different locales, with anywhere from three to six children in tow, and always on a low budget.
Consequently, I have experienced more than a few transitions and I have struggled with all the usual failings. I picked up and put down all the bad habits that people turn to in order to numb out and dumb up. Gambling may be the only vice I have left to give a try, so maybe let’s not meet at a casino. Just in case.
I have failed in so many novel ways, I am difficult to surprise and have tremendous stores of compassion for whatever your silliest failures may be.
Have you called for emergency assistance for a noisy fan? Run over yourself with your own car? Arrived at the office in slippers? Which belonged to someone else?
In addition to raising six kids and firing three partners [Note: i don’t coach on relationships!], I have written two books and buried a lot of pets. I have worked with impossible bosses and more impossible assistants. During all that, I waved goodbye to all those kids as they left the nest and did not remember to call home.
I know you can survive all this, because I did.
What if there was a way to understand the journey and create a life with plenty, joy and peace? What if you saw your extra time as an opportunity instead of a burden?
You don’t have to figure this out alone and you don’t have to be miserable until grandbabies show up. You can enlist the support of a certified professional coach, like Meg.
